Lesson 3- What are the Good and Bad eating Habits?

GOAL:  Discuss fitness and eating habits

My good habits are eating healthy foods, such as vegetables, proteins, also taking supplements that provide me with iron and vitamins. One of my bad habits is not eating at set times or I get distracted by things while I'm eating. I also usually have lunch walking.


Activity 


 in the morning:

I prepare my breakfast.

I organize my self to come to the university.

In the afternoom:

I see classes and advance work.

In the evening 

I go to church and prepare my dinner.
